tank from the back of the house. we will keep you updated. >> san jose police are investigating to late night shootings 11:30 near test drive intersection. one male victim was suffering a non- life threatening injury he was taken to the hospital. and 20 minutes later, they learned of another victim who actually took himself to the hospital. no suspects information has been released. let us check with the weather. to see if that cool down is going to begin. the inland area are hot. >> correct i went to daly city. and yesterday i was thinking upper 50s but it reached 86 degrees. everybody was in the same boat. however, let us take a

problems around the bay area freeways. checking out the bay bridge still quiet. and traffic is smooth sailing through all the approaches with no metering lights to deal with. westbound looking decent towards foster city. and a live look at the golden gate bridge with no issues of the visibility. just a couple of cars out of marin county. >> thank you. violence continues to escalate in oakland toward yesterday a man was shot and killed marking a fifth murder in a 24 hour span. investigators are saying that this is not related to the four different others to work in the last 24 hours. reggie kumar has more. >> in oakland at the oakland police headquarters they are investigating a fifth homicide. this was in just 24 hours. this latest is not related to the four

different homicides that occurred within the city. this man was shot when someone drove by and shot them. these people were dropped by this scene and were brought in for questioning they are witnesses however and not suspects. no arrests. reggie kumar, kron 4. >> our team coverage continues. haazig madyun one of those victims is a popular worker in an east oakland community center. >> he works and night shift. after relearned that he got out of work he got killed. >> after-week we've learned. the youth director saying that one of the man shot in this van on 72nd avenue tuesday morning was 23 year- old robert del. he is an overnight groundskeeper that also served as a mentor for youth.

>>reporter: this fire was came in at 12:19 with five people displaced including one person in a wheelchair. it is a family of five people. we are going to talk to eight deputy chiefs. he is going to explain. debbie uut would you please come over here? you said that deputy -- you said that nobody was inside but it quickly went into a three- alarm fire. >> when we first were on arrivals they found a lot of fire, smoke from the rear of the structure. they and immediately called for an additional resources. and also there are working on evacuation's and advising that the berkeley police

officers had gone inside to rescue a woman that is confined to a wheelchair. the other occupants were able to make it on their own. after confirmation that everybody was out. so additional sources were called to make it a three- alarm during this fire fight, the second floor and roof had partial collapse. >> at this point the fire is under control? >> it was difficult to extinguish because of the partial collapse. the hidden spaces were embers were still burning. we will be on the scene all morning. >> and as far as the people that were escape to the woman from the wheelchair is she okay? >> those five occupants were cared for by the american red cross. and they are at a
